Your Responsibilities as a Client

In order for Christian Counseling Center to provide the best possible service during your treatment, you must agree to:

• actively and earnestly participate in your treatment planning and treatment;
• follow all center guidelines;
• keep scheduled appointments, or cancel at least 24 hours in advance;
• pay for treatment in according with your ability to pay, decided during your initial intake;
• provide full information regarding any treatment you are receiving or have received, including all types of counseling/therapy, medications and/or hospitalizations.
