We work hard to make you comfortable at the Christian Counseling
Center, Inc. We want you to be satisfied with the service you
receive. If there is ever something that does not meet you expectations,
discuss the problem with your therapist.
Clients at the Christian Counseling Center have a right to file
a "client grievance" form as a formal notice of dissatisfaction
with services or staff.
If you feel that further assistance is needed, you can fill out
a "client grievance" form to have your concerns reviewed
by the administrative staff.
After you put your concern in writing, give the form to a therapist.
It will immediately be taken care of to your satisfaction. Your
concern will be reviewed and the administration will meet with
you to discuss solutions to the
problem within ten days.
Clients may also make suggestions by anonymously using suggestions
boxes. We thank you sincerely for allowing us to be of service
